TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Order & Payment

• Orders can be made through our E-Commerce website, official company email, or verified WhatsApp channel. All orders must be authorised by Hamper World before confirmation.
• For website orders, you will receive a Confirmation Reference Number and an Order Confirmation. Upon successful payment, a Credit Card Approval Number will also be issued.
• For email or WhatsApp orders, our Customer Service team will contact you for confirmation. Payments can be made via fund transfer or ATM to:

  Transfers between CIMB accounts are processed immediately. Interbank transfers may take 1–3 working days to clear.
• Payments made by cheque or on credit terms are subject to prior approval by Hamper World’s Management.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed only after full payment is successfully received and verified.
• Orders paid by cheque or non-CIMB transfers will proceed once the funds have cleared into our bank account (within 1–3 working days).
• Delivery scheduling begins once full payment and complete recipient details are received.

3. Delivery & Working Hours

• Please ensure the recipient’s full and accurate details are provided. Incomplete information may cause delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries.
• Should a re-delivery or route change be required, a minimal re-delivery fee will be imposed depending on location.
• Deliveries are fulfilled by Hamper World’s in-house logistics team or our appointed courier partner, GDEX.
• Upon request, an acknowledgement copy of the Delivery Order (D/O) or GDEX consignment note will be provided.
• During peak festive seasons, delivery timeframes may vary based on volume and distance.

4. Replacement

• Hamper World reserves the right to substitute any product with another of equal or higher value if an item is unavailable or below our quality standards.
• Substitutions may occur due to seasonal changes, transportation delays, or supplier updates without prior notice.
• If any product is found damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact our Customer Service team at 03-7886 0780 within 24 hours for assistance and replacement arrangements.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellations are subject to approval by Hamper World’s Management. If a cancellation is approved, the refund amount will depend on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Refunds are processed via the same payment method originally used.

6. Privacy & Payment Security

• Hamper World respects your privacy and will not disclose product pricing or personal data to any unauthorised party or recipient.
• Registered customers may securely review their past orders through their member account dashboard.
• All online payments are securely processed through Fiuu. Major credit cards are accepted, and all transactions are encrypted for security.
