At Hamper World, every gift is crafted with care and sincerity. While all sales are final for hygiene and customization reasons, we stand behind the quality of our hampers. If you receive an item that has been incorrectly delivered or damaged during transportation, we’ll gladly assist with an exchange or refund under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Return / Refund
- Only hampers or products that are incorrectly delivered or damaged upon receipt are eligible for return or exchange.
- All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear photos or videos of the issue.
- For courier deliveries, please follow the instructions on our shipping label and report any problem within 24 hours of parcel receipt.
- For local hand deliveries, please inspect the hamper immediately upon arrival:
- If any damage is detected, inform the rider on the spot and contact us right away.
- If damage was caused by the rider, the hamper will be returned to us the same day for replacement.
- If it’s our error (e.g. wrong item or code delivered), our rider will collect it and redeliver the correct hamper promptly.

2. Condition of Return
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including invoice, ribbons, and accessories.
- Goods must be in unused and resellable condition.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or partially consumed products cannot be accepted.
3. Refund Method
- Once approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method or as store credit within 14 working days after we receive the returned goods.
- Refunds are not applicable for orders showing signs of use, customer mishandling, or change of mind.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- As all Hamper World creations are custom-assembled and may contain perishable items (e.g. food, snacks, or beverages), all confirmed orders are final.
- Refunds or exchanges do not apply to:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Seasonal hampers (e.g. Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Mooncake Festival, Christmas).
- Customized or corporate hampers prepared to specific requests.
- Promotional or discounted hampers, which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
5. Responsibility for Damaged Goods
- Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately before signing for acceptance.
- Hamper World cannot be held responsible for items acknowledged as “received in good condition.”
